HELLO,IF I REPLACED ALL MY SPARK PLUGS AND ROTATED THE INGNITION COILS AND IT'S STILL READING CODES P0301,P0302 WHAT ARE SOME OTHER OPT TO TAKE?

have you checked for intake leaks? evap leaks? 

if you reset the code after swapping the coils and the same codes came back, the problem might either be a clogged or bad fuel injector, fuel pressure issue (should be 55-58 psi of fuel pressure at idle) or there is a wiring issue.
