will the code p0700 or p1855 stop my car from starting

Question

car will not start, got in the car after work and it wouldn't start.now it is gas founding spark plugs
no 4 cly gets really wet. plug sparking, compression 180, fuel psi 55-65, injectors pulsating, ever thing looks ok but will not run.

P0700 Transmission fault detected MIL light requested

P1885 3-1 shift malfucntion.

P0700 is a information code where the TCM (Transmission control module) request the CK ENG LT on due to a transmission fault. and it is always accompanied by a transmission fault code. These 2 code have nothing to do with the no start condition.P1855 will result in 3rd gear only as a adopted gear. The fuel pressure is correct at 55-65 psi. Having spark is a good sign, Check mechanical  condition, Even if the compression is at 180psi,check the timing belt condition. especially its tension between both cams
