P0732 - P0733-P0734-P0700, acting like bad torque converter

Thinks it's the torque converter but I'm not getting code for it. The problem comes and goes but when it's happening a loud whine is coming from trans area and car acts like it's in neutral. If I leave it in drive it will eventually engage and I can drive again. Any possibility this could be the TCM not communicating properly?

Vehicle: 2002, dodge, grand caravan, 3.3 not flex fuel
