how to get torque converter unstuck from off postion

Question

i got a diagnostic on my car the code p1744 came up has torque converter stuck in off postion how can i go about getting it unstuck or do i replace a part which part would i need to replace to be specific if anyone knows please help me out its a 98 ford taurus se 3.0 v6

P1744 this is a excessive slip ,when the TCC is commanded on  the reason low transmission hydraulic pressure. Being specific this may be the whole transmission. This does not mean that the TCC is faulty , just to replace the TCC solenoid this is long shot , there can be a stuck regulator valve, there transmission pump shaft seal, with this year you can use a transmission additive, it not going to hurt anything, if it does not work your remove the transmission pan and check for any heavy debris, if there a lot of particles just replace the transmission
