20004 Toyota Sienna XLE with engine code P0174. Help! After erasing of code... It will come back after 120 miles or 1-2 wks. Not sure what is the issue.

Hi there,

This code means there is a lean fuel mixture on bank 2. Typically when it's only on one bank the issue is either a vacuum leak or front O2 sensor.

Lean means there is to much air mixed with the fuel.
