Code P1519 Honda - (1999) what is the possible solution?

i have already replace the sensor. when pressing on the gas, the car kicks off. what could be the solution?

P1519 Malfunction in the IAC (idle air control) valve circuit

P0705 Transmission range circuit malfunction, (PRNDL) input

When you step on the gas pedal the vehicle stalls? What the IAC does is maintain the target RPM if it is faulty it will not cause thevehicle to  stall as you step on the gas pedal , P0705 which is the transmission gear selector switch can cause the engine to stall, it can also cause a no start condition if the ECM does not see a Park or Neutral signal.
