What causing my vehicle to still misfire

Question

I have replace the coil on cylinder 5 and put new spark plug in. and the Cylinder 5 is still misfiring with a code P0305 what can be the problem

its possible injector on cyclinder #5 is bad or clogged if there is no wiring issue.

you can try using a good fuel system cleaner like 3m kits or BG 44k
