2007 Mercedes Benz ML320 with engine code P0237

Question

The car has no kick down ... engine light comes on ... obd has faulty boost sensor code p0237 .... replaced with new boost sensor, cleared the fault .... as soon as I push the throttle down engine light come on .... car does not have kick down at all / lack of power
