P1610 Infiniti -qx56 not starting

How do I start the infiniti QX 65, with trouble code P1610? The key programming device is not detecting the ECU (Brian box).

try disconnecting the car battery for about 30 minutes to an hour and then try starting the engine with a known registered key. If the problem persist you have to have the dealer erase the code and reprogram the keys again.
