Infiniti QX56 2005 Odometer test code r 0106Does anyone know what this means and what the remedy is?

After reading Nadir's question regarding the Instrument cluster, I ran the "COMBINATION METER SELF- DIAGNOSIS" and it did give me an "r 0106"

Does anyone know what this indicates and do I have to repair / replace the entire cluster, EPDM or ECM?

Did you find that code 0106 was for the ecm relay?

it may be related to the IPDM, or problems relating to the odometer (which are not repairable unless you can find someone that knows what the problem is and know what they have to replace. Check to see if the car applies for any recalls there is an ECM relay recall.

Combination meter self-diagnosis mode is not used at dealers or shops that use Nissan console.
