1999 Pontiac Firebird 3800 v6 with engine code P1515

Question

My car suddenly started idling rough and died. It now won't start and the only code I am getting is p1515. What is the most likely cause of this code? Where do I start? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

P1515 Predicated VS actual TP performance

Start by checking the ETC fuse in the underhood fuse box it is listed as Elect throttle control.which is a 10 amp fuse.Mounted on the throttle body are the TPS sensor, which should be replaced there is a TSB about this condition where a intermittent TPS cause a intermittent chuggle with no DTC set.
