if there are not broken or cracked hoses EVAP system then the Vent Control Valve is most likely stuck or bad

Possible causes

- Faulty Canister Vent Control Valve

- Canister Vent Control Valve harness is open or shorted

- Canister Vent Control Valve electrical circuit poor connection

it is located under the car, near the gas tank
