mis fire on 1 and 3. replaces maf, cam shaft position, coils and plugs

2005 bmw 525i, replaced sensors MAF and Camshaft position (intake) because those codes came up. replaced all coil packs and sparkplugs. car runs rough and shuts down when i accelerate up hill.
