P1349 TOYOTA with 1,3,5 Cylinders misfire did plug and swap coils clear the code engine running fine for an hour then same problem with the same codes.

Hi there,

Since you have a cam sensor code and an issue with misfires on 3 cylinders all on the same bank, it seems to me that you have a timing belt issue. I would start there.
