What is the P1506 fault code when the IAC valve was already replaced and is good

Vehicle: 1999, ford, escort, 2.0

P1506 Idle air control overspeed error

This is a short to ground with the IAC valve, disconnect the IAC and note any RPM drop.also look for any vacuun leak that can contribute to a over speed of the RPM
