C1145 Nissan - how do i solve it

it has other MIL lights on like the VDC off, Stability Control, ABS, would i need a special scan tool etc

This code is for the yaw rate sensor. Most common repair is replacing the yaw rate sensor itself. You don't have to reprogram anything, just replace the sensor. It is possible you could have some kind of wiring issue or something like that, but in most cases the sensor causes the problem.
