P0136 - cadillac DTS

2004 Cadillac DTS indicates P0136 & p0137. should I replace the Bank 1 sensor 2 (between the cat and resonator) or would new plugs resolve the problem. The vehicle has 96,000 on it and it runs great. Thanks
