B162C code what is the fix?

I need to know what this code means

I have a Superchip F4 reader and according to it the code, at least for my Jeep which uses a Dodge engine, is, and I quote, "Left Low Beam Control Circuit High." Oh course, that really means nothing to me other than maybe that the circuit is getting too much power so a power regulator may be messing up. I reset the DTCs and will check again in a week or so.
