P0113 Hyundai - Could a faulty MAS be the cause of my code? I;ve replaced the air temperature sensor

99 Hyundai Elantra has had the check engine light on the code PO113 for air temp. sensor, I have replaced and reset the code and it's still on. Could this be due to a faulty MAS?

P0113 IAT (intake air temperature) sensor circuit high input

This is strickly dealing with the IAT, this is not from a faulty MAF, Check the connection poor or improper mating of the connection or even a open in the harness of the IAT will cause this code condition
