p2084 on my 09 F450

Question

My engine light came on and I stopped at local shop and they said it has a p2084 code and a p10000 code showing. what are these and what it to be done... a girl

P2084 Exhaust gas temperature sensor circuit range perfomance Bank 1 sensor 2

Check the basic first , coolant level correct, oil level correct, a regeneration performed? What can also cause this code condition is also exhaust leaks , if everything is good replace the EGT sensor, There are 3 EGT temperature sensor , the first is located before the OC the second is located between the OC and the Diesel particulate filter and the 3rd after the diesel particulate filter.You code P2084 is for the second one.
