I am getting codes P0430, P0420, P0138 on my 2007 Ridgeline, should I replace my cat?

I am getting codes P0430, P0420, and P0138 on my 2007 Honda Ridgeline, should I replace my cat? I started using 87 and the check engine light went off for about a week and then came back.

The P0420 and P0430 codes indicate a problem with the catalytic converters. If changing the fuel did not help fix the code, replacing the catalytic converters is necessary to repair the problem. Here is a link to the code pages with more information.
