P1762 Dodge -

Question

I have a 2002 Dodge 1500 quad cab 360 engine. Approx 160,000 miles. For the past couple years it was starting off in 2nd gear. Over this past winter I had the 4-wheel drive on a couple times. After that the truck would shift into neutral while driving down the road. Might have just been a coincidence that I had in in 4-wheel drive over the winter. When I pull over and turn the ignition off and start the truck back up it runs fine for a while then will do the same thing. The codes on the check engine light are P1762 P0740 and also P0138 and P1757. I would think if the transmission was shot then it wouldn't run fine after shutting it off and back on..
