p0700 2009 chevy 3500 hd

Question

just replaced trans. the truck takes of in maybe 3rd or 4th gear and will not shift. the two codes I got with my delete kit code finder (which is not made for what I'm attempting) gives me two codes p0700,p2269. I am aware of a bad glow plug #7

P0700 Transmission fault detected Mil light requested

P2269 Water in fuel

The water in fuel sensor is located at the fuel filter,as for P0700 there should be another code with this ,to pinpoint the exact cause for P0700.
