My car lost all power and when turned on it revs up and down on its own and sounds like it wants to stall

HI there,

This code is for the throttle position sensor. The symptoms match the code. Since the computer can't tell where the throttle position is, it will search for idle. Normally replacing the sensor will resolve the problem.
