2001 dodge caravan getting P0203,P0122,P1478 are these all connected?

Getting three codes P0203,P0122 and P1478 is one causing all three or are they seperate issues.

P0203 Fuel injector cylinder number 3

P0122 Throttle position sensor voltage low

P1478 Cooling fan driver fault

These would all be separate issue, The one code that stand out is P1478 as this vehicle  uses a cooling fan relay, P1478 for this type of vehicle may be invalid.

 Here a fuel injector on a Dodge , this connection was not properly connected, as the locking tabs where broken just fixing the connection corrected this injector code.
