Why 2003 Infinit g35 has error code P0011, P0021.

most likely the oil is dirty and has clogged the small holes in the  Intake Valve Timing Control Solenoid Valve. Start by replacing the oil and oil filter if you still have the problem you can remove the Intake Valve Timing Control Solenoid Valve and clean it with brake cleaner only and install it back.
