WHY AN I GETTING BOTH ENGINE CODES, P0011 and P0021 ON MY SUBARU?

What causes both P0011 and P0021 codes together on my 2005 SUBARU LEGACY WAGON WITH TURBOCHARGER AND WITH 94000 MILES.

Usually when you get both codes together the problem is with the oil pressure or the oil level. This could also indicate the timing belt has slipped and the cam timing is off.
