Codes P1298 and P0141 on my 2000 Honda Accord DX 2.3L Vtec

My 2000 Honda Accord DX 2.3L check engine light is on. I got it checked and it has codes p1298 and P0141. I've heard for P1298 you just have to replace the ELD but I don't know where it's at?
