Ok have the same code and will replace the module... But after replacing the engine it runs perfect but wont run or start without the code reader plugged in. Any ideas on that one.

hi, I got an accord v6 1999-2000 with the p1298 code. it starts fine and runs good for about 10min then the transmission neutralizes; if turn it off and restart 2min later it runs but neutralizes even sooner... would changing the load detector fix my problem? any suggestions? .... I all ready replaced all the shift solenoids. thanks
