2012 Nissan Rogue 2.5L with engine code P0826, how can I troubleshoot the fault? I want to know where to locate the up and down engine switch

The P0826 code indicates a problem with the Manual Mode Switch. Replacing the Manual Mode Switch switch is necessary to fix the problem, unfortunately, for your vehicle you can't get the Manual Mode Switch by itself, the switch is part of the Shifter Assembly and it's not repairable.
