2010 Chrysler Town & Country with code P0456, I have an engine code of P0456 what does it mean, and do I need to worry about it?

The code is for a small evap leak. You can drive with this code without causing any issues at all. This could be the result of a bad seal on the gas cap or something more. Usually you start with the gas cap, then if that doesn't resolve the issue a smoke test is required to find the leak.
