P0455 Lexus - could this leak be caused by auto body repair?

Hello,

My Lexus GS 300 had body repair work done on the back door driver side, because of an accident. Now that the body work is finished, about 10 days after I received my car check engine light comes on. I check the code 0455 and it was an evaporative leak. Could it be by
coincidence the body shop may put something back in the wrong position. i need help to understand.

P0455 means there is a EVAP System Air Leak 

check to see if the gas cap is loose. Start by tighten the gas cap and clearing the code if the code some back I would take the car back to them.

if they work near the EVAP system on engine bay or near the gas tank could be a loose/broken hose, or solenoid that went bad after the accident and so on.
