97 Nissan stalls, loses electrical power to key on circuit only, accessory stays on

Question

My 97 Nissan pathfinder stalls while driving, all electrical power to key on circuit dies, but accessory circuit stays on. I swapped Ignition relay, but still same problem. I worked in garage for 6 years and is now an equipment repair tech so I'm familiar with automotive and electrical, I'm suspecting ignition switch

Hi there,

I agree with ignition switch on this one. Sometimes a simple test is just wiggling the key to see if power is restored. If it is, then you know for sure it's the problem.
