which is the immobiliser chip on 2000ml430 ECM?

Question

Reynaldo suggested the ECM was suspect because of the sensors replaced, eg air mass camshaft and crankshaft but still no go.
So have purchased replacement ECM, however I'm told I will need to exchange the immobiliser chip from the original to the replacement. Is this correct, if so which chip is the correct one?
