I have code P1698 with no bus on my odometer, I checked all wires for any shorts, replaced the TPS, cleaned the contacts on the PCM, TCM, and all harness connectors top and bottom of the entire car, I also cleaned each and every ground connection, But I still get the no buss reading on my dash with the squares lighting around all the PRND!2 shift reader
It would not turn on a week ago, so I replaced all the fuses though they checked out that they were good, and for some reason, the engine turns on which was great, but I still have issues with the no bus and P1698 and P0202.
Please give me some advice on what else to do,
I would appreciate it very much, Thanks a lot in advance.

For the P1698 you have to replace the Combination Meter to fix the problem. The P0202 it is not related to the P1698 code.
