P0661-low input in control solenoid valve circuit.

I have 2005 mazda rx8 - engine light came on.
where can I find control Solenoid valve circuit in RX8 to check if wires are connected.

P0661 SSV solenoid valve control circuit low

You get this code condition when the PCM see less 5.8 volts , this can happen if a solenoid is shorted or even grounded. The SSV valve is part of the intake air system
