have Acura 05 TSX engine light on code scanner 83-1 and PO139

Question

my Acura 05 TSX engine light came on. Scanner check gave these codes to check 83-1 and PO139. what is the problem?

P0139 is for oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor 2 which is most likely bad if there are no exhaust leaks
