P2138 - on a impala

Question

I have a 2009 chevy impala which the check engine light just came on yesterday.
As soon as the light came on the engine lost some power. I checked the codes and came up with the following codes P2138 and P0172. Can you please give me some insight on what I can do to fix my car.
