would this cause water in the cylinders

my check engine light came on and this was the code i am getting, I also have water forming in my cylinders number 1 and 3 I have done a pressure test and seems to be holding pressure I replaced the plugs put grease around them in case water was coming in from top but water is still getting in the cylinders

you will need to do a cylinder leak down test, Not a compressor test.
