1997 Ford Mustang with engine code P1443, how to fix it?

Hi there,

This is an evap emissions code pointing to the purge control valve as the problem with the car. If the purge valve doesn't work like it should then there will be pressure building in the gas tank and the charcoal canister. When this happens the pressure sensor will set off the code.
