How to fix code P0137 on a 2005 Lexus ES330?

The code is for low voltage in the bank 1 sensor 2. This is the O2 sensor after the catalytic converter. In most cases the sensor itself is the actual issue. Bank 1 is the bank closest to the firewall on this engine.
