Have a P0137 code on a 2005 Lexus ES330, what is the meaning of the code?

Hi there,

This code refers to the bank 1 sensor 2. The ecm has determined the voltage to it is to low for to long. This will bring up this code. Most of the time the sensor itself is the cause of the fault, however a plugged up converter could also cause this as well as a short in the wiring.
