hi i have been fighting my 03 dodge neon se 2.0 for over a year first thing that ever happend was after about an 45 minutes of driving it would die and stay dead for an hour or so.then start and drive another 45 mins or so then die again.and i would wait and wait then finally get to drive again.ok you get the point...so i took it to a shop and they said it was the crank shaft position sensor.it drove good for about a month or so.then same thing.so i have had some time to work on it.and i have changed the crank shaft position sensor, the cam shaft positon sensor.the spark plugs.and i had my battery tested and its fine at 12.8.this week i noticed alot of oil in my spark plug sleeves when i was going to change them.so i took the valve cover off pulled the sleeves.reinstalled them with sleeve retainer.put in the new ngk plugs.and still throwing codes p0016,p0315 and p0339.i was going to get new wires and coil pack.but i know its getting spark to all cylinders.so im lost this is the only car to ever stump me.

help would be greatly appreciated.

Has the timing belt been replaced? it should have been replaced since its pasted 7 years (7 years and/or 105k)

I think the timing might be off

I would check the harness first.

if the wiring is not the problem, check the timing if you have not replaced it or its off. I would replace the belt, pulley and tensioner (try to use OEM parts)
