i know they are related to the ecu ecm. need to know if i have to replace them to fix my car. and the p0217 is related to high coolant temperature,

U0073 Transmission control system  CAN bus off failure

U0101 Lost communication with TCM

U0100 CAN recieve ECM messsage failure

The P code condition put the transmission in torque reduction mode,or any type "A" code condition. will put the transmission is reduce mode.  Check and inspect the operation  of the cooling system P0217 mean the engine is overheating. Correct the overheating condition,
