It says Missing date for the fuel system. Is this an ECU problem? U1430

Does this code require a reflash or replacement of the ECU?

U1430 Implausable fuel level signal

This communication code is from the fuel level indicator to the ECM, You can get this from a fuel pump module or the fuel level indicator that is  not operating correcly. Check for P code that maybe stored, This is not a ECU problem and reflashing the ECM when it is not the problem will only create more problems
