I just installed a throttle body spacer and check Engine light came on; P0138. Any suggestions?

Probably due to change in air:fuel ratio.

Try to disconnect the battery for an hour or so to reset the air to fuel ratio that is already stored in the computer. and double check your work might be an air leak.
