C1198 CODE ON MY 1996 FORD RANGER 4.0. WHAT'S WRONG WITH MY TRUCK???

Question

1996 Ford Ranger with 4.0L has code C1198.
says (ABS INLET VALVE COIL LF CIRCUIT FAILURE)
What is wrong the the anti lock brake system
Can someone point me in the right direction?

C1198 LF inlet valve coil circuit failure

This is for the ABS system , its the ABS module it is a non servicable unit, just replace it.
