Can a ford fuel pu8mp driver module be tested with a voltage guage?

Question

Have a P1237 Ford diagnostic code on my 2000 focus zts. fuel pump not working when ignition key is turned on. Would like instructions on how to test the fuel pump driver module, as all other relays and fuses are A-OK.

check power to the fuel pump

if you have power check the inertia fuel shutoff switch
