2001 taurus ses has a bad miss codes p1131, po3o3, po3o1, po113

The car has a bad miss i changed the o2 senser spark plugs and wires any more ideas?

P1131 is for the fuel control system 

check for intake leaks first, since cylinder 1 and 3 (p0301 and p0303) are misfiring the injectors could be clogged or bad 

do you smell fuel by the engine bay? 

 

 

p0113 is for the intake air temp sensor you can try to clean it with mass air flow sensor cleaner (it is located inside the mass air flow sensor assembly
