I have fault codes: P1093-fuel trim too rich, P0430-cat converter below threshold, and P1041-o2 sensor heater circuit malfunction. Are either of these codes related to the smell of fuel, or is there a seperate issue I need to address? a leaky fuel injector maybe? would that throw a separate code?

Thanks

P1093 Fuel trim rich

P0430 Catalsyt system below threshold Bank 2

This code is more related to a faulty MAF (mass air flow) , when the system is too rich it affects the performance of the catlytic convertor, and you will code up a catlytic convertor code condition.
